We rent a variety of trailers to meet your hauling needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
RENTAL TRAILER AGREEMENT
(Policies are subject to change without notice) A completed Eastex Trailers & Storage Trailer Rental Agreement is required, specific to the trailer being rented, at the time the rental trailer is picked up.
Valid U.S. driver's license required (no foreign driver's license or identification excepted).
Proof of current auto liability insurance on the vehicle that will tow the rental trailer.
No drivers under the age of 18 permitted to rent and/or tow the trailer unless written permission is given to you by us.
A deposit equivalent to one days' rental for the respective trailer is required when a trailer is reserved. This deposit is non-refundable if the trailer is NOT rented!
The rental payment is to be made whole when the trailer is picked up (security deposit + the balance of the rent including sales tax).
Acceptable forms of payment are checks, and all major credit and debit cards (NO CASH EXCEPTED).
A $300 deposit is required along with the rental payment when the trailer is picked up. The $300 deposit will be refunded when the trailer is returned without damage and no rent is due.
There will be a trailer pre-inspection and a post-inspection with an Eastex Trailers & Storage representative and the renter noting all damages to the trailer.
All rentals are for a 24-hour period. There is no credit given for partial days.
Once the rental trailer leaves our premises, there will be no refunds.
Trailer is NOT to leave the State of Texas.
It is the renter’s responsibility to make sure the load being towed is secured properly.
The towing vehicle cannot exceed the manufactures’ towing rating.
Tow vehicle must have correct size, strength ball and ball mount suitable for the rented trailer.
Tow vehicle's trailer electrical connection and wiring must be in acceptable working condition.
Renter will be charged for damaged or blown tire(s) and any damage made to the trailer.
Trailer must be returned clean, or the renter will be subject to a cleaning fee of $25 to $100, depending on the trailer.

HAY HAULER
Our Hay Hauler Trailer is designed to carry up to four large round bales. Each bale can be individually dumped.

Our Dump Trailer is ideal for hauling gravel, rock, soil, mulch, and other materials. Can also be used to haul equipment as it is equipped with 4 D-Rings and
2-60" ramps.
