Our covered units measure 13' wide and approximately 40' deep with ceiling height of approximately 15'.

Each unit is equipped with a 110 volt convenience outlet suitable for light electrical usage and a L.E.D. overhead light.

All units are equipped with a 30 amp RV convenience outlet.

The building's ceiling has insulation to help keep it relatively cool when the outside temperature is hot.

The monthly rental rate is $185.
